What we actually do

Four focused service areas, each delivered by someone who has spent years doing exactly this kind of work.

Personal stylist arranging designer clothing in a boutique dressing room

Personal styling

We start with a two-hour wardrobe audit at your home. Every piece gets assessed for fit, condition and relevance to your current life. Then we build a capsule plan, source specific items from retailers we trust, and handle alterations. Most clients see their daily outfit time drop from twenty minutes to five.

Interior design

Room-by-room redesigns for homes in the West Midlands. We measure, photograph, produce a mood board within a week, then manage procurement and installation. Typical turnaround for a single room is six weeks. Full-home projects run twelve to sixteen weeks depending on structural changes.

Event planning

Birthday dinners for twelve, anniversary weekends for fifty, corporate hospitality for two hundred. We coordinate venue, catering, florals, entertainment and logistics. You approve the concept, then show up as a guest at your own event. Our planning lead time is a minimum of four weeks for intimate gatherings.

Concierge handing a leather itinerary folder to a client in a luxury hotel lobby

Lifestyle concierge

Restaurant reservations at fully booked venues, last-minute travel arrangements, gift sourcing for hard-to-please recipients, household staff vetting. Retainer clients get a dedicated mobile number answered seven days a week between 8 am and 10 pm. Pay-as-you-go requests are billed per task.

How an engagement works

No lengthy questionnaires or generic packages. Here is the actual sequence from first call to delivery.

1. Discovery call

A twenty-minute phone or video call where we learn what you need, when you need it, and what your budget looks like. No obligation. If we are not the right fit, we will say so and suggest someone who is.

2. Proposal within 72 hours

You receive a written scope, timeline and fixed quote. Styling projects include the number of outfits. Interior projects list every room. Events include a preliminary venue shortlist. Nothing is vague.

3. Hands-on execution

The person who wrote your proposal is the person who does the work. We do not hand you off to a junior coordinator. You get progress updates by text or email at the frequency you choose.

4. Final walkthrough

We present the finished result in person. For styling, that means trying everything on together. For interiors, a room-by-room tour. For events, a day-of rehearsal with all vendors present.

5. Follow-up at 30 days

A month later we check in. Are you wearing the clothes? Does the room still work with your routine? Did the caterer deliver on the leftovers promise? Small adjustments at this stage are included in the original fee.

Outcomes our clients report

Real feedback from the past eighteen months, summarised without embellishment.

Wardrobe reduced by 40%

Clients who complete a full styling programme typically donate or sell around four in ten items, then spend less on clothing the following year because every purchase is intentional.

Property value uplift

Three interior clients in Edgbaston had their homes revalued after our redesign. The average increase was fourteen percent above the pre-project valuation, according to their estate agents.

Zero day-of crises

Across 28 events managed in 2024, not one required the host to solve a logistics problem on the day. Vendor no-shows, weather pivots and guest-count changes were handled before the client noticed.

Common questions

Straight answers, no hedging.

How much does a styling session cost?
The initial wardrobe audit is £280. A full capsule wardrobe build, including sourcing, runs between £800 and £1,400 depending on how many categories you need covered. Clothing costs are separate and billed at retail price with no markup.
Do you work outside Birmingham?
Yes. We regularly serve clients in Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Wolverhampton and Warwick. For locations beyond a 40-mile radius of Birmingham city centre, a travel surcharge of £50 per visit applies.
Can I hire you for just one room?
Absolutely. Single-room projects are our most popular interior service. A living room redesign typically starts at £2,200 excluding furniture and materials, which we source at trade prices and pass on without commission.
What is the concierge retainer?
£450 per month gives you a dedicated contact, priority response within four hours, and up to fifteen task requests. Unused requests do not roll over. Additional tasks are £35 each. There is no minimum contract length.
How far in advance should I book an event?
For gatherings under 30 guests, four weeks is usually enough. Anything larger or involving a marquee build should be booked at least ten weeks ahead. December dates fill by September, so plan early for holiday season events.
